Ownership is available to qualified tenants that occupy space in the HonorHealth Medical Campus at Pima Center. Features of the Capital Investment Ownership Program Include:
Boldt and participating tenants become joint owners of the project through a Private Placement Offering.
Tenants can participate in ownership in proportion to the amount of space they occupy.
Boldt takes development and construction risk.
No tenant guaranties are required for any project financing
No capital calls
Boldt will own and fund any portion of the project that tenants elect not to own.
